William Davis

William T. Davis was born October 11th, 1954 in Roseboro, NC. He was the beloved son of William B. and Elise H. Davis. He peacefully transitioned on September 8th, 2024 at Southwood Nursing Home in Clinton, NC.

Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328. 

Visitation will be held 2:00-6:00 pm, with family present 5:00-6:00 pm, on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328.

Preceding him in death was his daughter, Antionuetta Moore, and his parents, William B. and Elise H. Davis.

He leaves behind his three daughters: Lakasie Davis of Roseboro, NC, Brandy Davis of Clinton, NC & Jermanda Henry of Pensacola, FL; two sons: James Sinclair of Roseboro, NC & William Henry of Clinton, NC; and two stepsons: Vern Henry of Clinton, NC & Stephen Henry of Clinton, NC. He also leaves behind two sisters: Mary-Ann Melvin & Etta L. Davis; two brothers: Albert Davis of Roseboro, NC & Alvin Davis of Greenville, SC; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

William loved and adored his family. He never met a stranger. He was a giver and had a true heart of gold! His warm heart and contagious smile we will truly miss.
