Tierra Ynette Jacobs 24 passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015.
Tierra, better known to most as "Pig" was born on October 7, 1991 to Ms. Tammy Jacobs of Clinton and Michael Murphy of New York.
She graduated from Clinton High School in 2011, from high school she attended Sampson Community College for the nursing program where during the program she received her CNA license, the she was employed at Sugar Creek for the last 2 ½ years
A home going service will be held 1:00 pm on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at New Life Outreach Ministries,708 Sampson Street, Clinton with Evangelist Katina Skinner officiating burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery.
