SSG. P.A. Bradshaw Obituary

P.A. Bradshaw 80 of 117 Doris Ave died Thursday April 8, 2021 at Liberty Commons Nursing Center in Benson.

Born in Sampson County, NC in 1941 to the late William and Bertha Spell Bradshaw, P.A. worked at Cohaire Mills as a Maintenance Supervisor. P.A. served in the United States Army until he was Honorably Retired, During his time in the US Army he received many medals and honors that include: The National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Good Conduct Medal 6 times, Army Service Ribbon, and The Overseas Service Ribbon. P.A. was an honorable man that served his country with pride, He was a valuable member of the VFW and Vice Commander of the American League. P.A. loved working with the VFW as well as gardening and his family. P.A. was a faithful member of Immaculate Catholic Church in Clinton. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Estella F. Bradshaw, sisters; Irene Batts and Daphne Campbell, brother: J.W. Bradshaw, brother-in-law Charles Melton.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Grandview Memorial Park, 2809 US-421, Clinton.

The Family will also receive friends beginning on Monday April 12, 2021 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm & Tuesday April 13, 2021 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at his home at 117 Doris Ave, Clinton there will be a repass  the family's home Wednesday April 14th 2021.

P. A. leaves to cherish his memories: his children: Earl R. "Randy" Bradshaw and wife Sandra of Clinton, Luz Marie Meyer and husband Jim of Clinton, brothers: Wesley Bradshaw of Thomasville, NC and Herman Bradshaw also of Thomasville, NC, sister-in-law: Marta Melton-Dambeck of Clinton, NC, grandchildren: Earl "Randy" Bradshaw II, Tiana Bradshaw and Sean Bradshaw and 7 great-grandchildren.
