Mr. Robert S Bryant, 65, of 904 Underwood St., Clinton, NC, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington NC, with his loving wife and daughter by his side.

Robert S Bryant (Robbie) was born July 28, 1959. He was the son of Robert S Bryant Sr and Margaret Carter Bryant.

Services were held privately at the request of the family.

Robert grew up in Delway, North Carolina with his grandparents and mom. At the age of five years old he moved to Clinton with mom. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1977 and moved to Wilmington, NC in 1980, where he attended UNCW. There he also started his family. Robert worked at Thomas and Howard as a General manager and worked at Bob King as a salesman. He retired at age 52.

He was involved with celebrate recovery, prison ministry and nursing home ministry and shared his testimony with others in hopes of helping in their recovery. Robert enjoyed tennis, basketball and softball. He was involved in multiple sports with his girls. He had two children by his first wife, Pamela Austin- Millinor (Crystal and Holly).

Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Holly Bryant.

Robert is survived by his wife Yvonne Bryant; Daughter, Crystal Bryant of Mount Olive, North Carolina; son, Derrick Hansford of Fayetteville, North Carolina; daughter, Kayla Wilson (Husband, Michael Wilson) of Fayetteville North Carolina; son, John Christian Newkirk of Clayton, North Carolina, and Auntie, Eunice Baldwin (Husband, Kelly Baldwin).
