Regina “Jeannie” M.B. Scott, 55, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021.
Jeannie was born the youngest of three on August 12th, 1965, to Patricia B. Black and Buddy L. Black. She had a promising career as a beautician and was a true die hard Tarheel fan. Jeannie was a loving and devoted mother and wife. She lived her life for the happiness of her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Jeannie had the most contagious smile that you could not help but to smile right along with her. She was a force to be reckoned with and one that will be truly missed.
Memorial Service will be held 2:30 pm Sunday, February 14, 2021, at Clement Baptist Church 6020 Maxwell Road Autryville by Pastor Scott Keith Officiating.
Jeannie leaves to cherish her memoires, husband, Arnold L. Scott; son, Buddy T. Scott; daughters, Marissa E. Scott, Heather S. Thompson, Ashley B. Scott; sister, Athena B. Thomsen and brother Matthew W. Black. Jeannie also leaves to cherish her memories, grandchildren: Aliyah Elise Torres, Lindsay Marie Walters, Nicholas Kayden Walters, Paiselynn Daniele Rountree, Cameron Bentley Thompson, Avery Brielle Thompson; great-grandchildren, Zoey Brynn Thompson, Lakota Brooke Cummings and a host of nieces and nephews.
Life without you will not be easy. We will think of you always. Speak of you always. We will hold you close and forever you will remain. I will love you now and always. Until we meet again.
