Patricia Nelson Simmons, 63, of 340 Hudson Walk Place, Brooklyn, New York, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at The Brooklyn Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Highway, Clinton, North Carolina.

The Nelson and Simmons family will receive friends immediately following the service.
