Natalie Joann Melvin was born on July 24, 1934 to the late Sampson Armstrong Sr. and Lillie Parker Arnstrong. On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, Natalie heard her name and she answered the call at Southwood Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Clinton, NC.
