Michael Wayne Woodall, 44, passed away on December 18, 2025, at his home in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Home in Clinton, North Carolina.
Michael proudly served 18 years in the United States Army National Guard, where he earned several medals in recognition of his dedication and service. He deeply loved his country and formed lifelong bonds with his fellow service members—friendships he cherished throughout his life.
Michael had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing, especially when shared with family and friends. Above all else, he loved his family. He was also a devoted North Carolina Tar Heels fan, never missing an opportunity to support his team.
He is survived by his daughters, Arianna Corbett (Aaron) of Clinton, NC, and Mallory Woodall of Zebulon, NC; his grandson, Elijah; his brother, David Woodall of Fayetteville, NC; his sisters, Celina Whitted of Virginia and Angela Woodall of Virginia and his father, Haywood Woodall of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Hallman.
Michael will be remembered for his service, loyalty, love of family, and unwavering pride in his country.
