Margaret Ivey Fann 75 of 707 Stewart Ave died Friday morning December 25,2020 at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
Born on October 22, 1945 in Sampson County, NC to the late William G. "WG" Ivey & Lellar M. Carrol, Margaret worked as a sales representative in the memorial stone industry and later in life became a sales consultant for her monument business at Hope Valley Hawkins. Margaret was also retired for the ABC store in Roseboro, NC. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Margaret would go to the ends of the earth to help her family in need or just in want. She had a sense of humor that could brighten up any ones day. Her smile, jokes and laughter will surely be missed. In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by six sibling & a granddaughter Samantha Hall.
Margaret leaves to cherish her memories, children: Kevin Fann (Nora) of Roseboro, NC, Vanessa F. Weber of Clinton, NC, Paula F. Hall & husband Tony of Roseboro, NC, Joy Michelle Fann of Clinton, NC, grandchildren: Bruce Fann, Travis Fann, Justin Williford, Ivy Smith, Tiffany Starling, Kellie Dees, Maxton Underwood and Zack Hall. Margaret also leaves to cherish her memories five great-grandchildren. Ms. Margaret Ivey Fann will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
A Graveside service for the public will be held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Sunrise Memorial Park in Salemburg, NC with President Alford Tyndall officiating.
A walk through will be held from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.
