Kevin Terence Jacobs 57, of 416 Carroll Store Rd., passed away Friday, August 30, 2024, at his home.

Memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328.

Visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the service, 12:00-12:30 pm.
