Mr. Joseph Nelson Morrisey 60 of 244 Bellechase Drive, Raeford passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013 at his home.
Joseph was born in 1953 in Sampson County to Joe Nathan Morrisey and Charity Mae Bonner.
A Home Going Service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, August 2, 2013 at Virtue Missionary Baptist Church at 4901 Murphy Road, Fayetteville, N.C. Rev. Jamie Sanders and Rev. Vinson Morrisey will be officiating the service.
Burial will follow in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Spaulding, Maryland.
Joseph leaves to cherish his loving memory: his loving mother, Evangelist Charity (Boomer) Morrisey of Mayrland,
Son, Nelson Morrisey of Maryland
Daughter, Stephanie Little of Maryland
Sisters: Janie Thompson, Theresa Davis, LaTonja Downing, all of Maryland
Linda Kins Gwen Houp and Katrina Pegues all of North Carolina
Tammy Weasler of Virgina
Brothers: Daniel Morrisey and Ricky Morrisey all of Maryland;
Three (3) Grandchildren
A public visitation will be held Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation at 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.
