Janice (Roberts) Cook 83, of Tabor City passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Mary Gran Nursing Facility.

She was a hard working lady who worked for Purolator (Mann+Hummel) for 40 years. Even after her retirement, they called her back to train others. Janice is credited for helping open the very first Family Dollar stores in North Carolina (Charlotte). She was a very smart and gifted lady in many ways. She is forever loved and will always be missed.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Hope Valley Hawkins.

Janice is survived by her son: James Cook of Fayetteville.
