Jacqueline (Nurney) Preston 91, of 956 Cartertown Rd., passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

Jacqueline was born in Washington DC on December 12, 1932 to the late Helen Mae Borland and James R. Nurney. She had her own company, working as an editor and writing newsletters for various companies. Jacqueline loved to read and adored cats and dogs.

In honoring Jacqueline's wishes, she will be cremated. No services will be held.

Left to cherish Jacqueline's memory are her daughter, Suzanne Householder and husband David of Clinton and her beloved fur babies, Lillie and Joe Joe.
