Glenda Yeager Obituary

Glenda Fay Carter Yeager 75, of 129 Devane Street passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at her home.

Glenda was born in Sampson County on December 18, 1946 to the late Joseph and Mary Magaline King Carter. She enjoyed doing cross stitch and loved Elvis. Glenda is preceded in death by her brothers James Mitchell Carter and J.T. Carter.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328. by the Rev. Jimmy Flowers officiating, Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park, 2809 US-421, Clinton, NC 28328.

Glenda leaves to cherish her memory her daughters: Angela Caddis and husband Troy of Clinton, NC and Tricia Pleasant and husband Tim of Fremont, NC; her brother Dennis Carter of Edenton, NC, and grandson Miles Pleasant of Fremont, NC. niece: Ashley Hobbs of Newport News, VA and nephew: Christopher Carter of Newport News, VA.

Visitation will be from 6:00- 8:00 pm on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328 and other times at the home 129 Devane Street Clinton.

The Carter- Yeager family has entrusted services to Hope Valley Hawkins of Clinton.
