George Woodworth, Jr.

George Woodworth, Jr. 73, of 1014 Jasper Street, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at his home.

George was born on February 8, 1952 in Kingston, NY to the late Anneliese Flege and George L. Woodworth Sr.

In honoring his wishes, George will be cremated. No services have been planned at this time.

Prior to his passing, George worked for Frito Lay. He enjoyed spending his spare time hunting and fishing. George also loved to try his luck by playing the lottery. 

In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his sister: Ann Beesmer (Louise) and his brother: Peter R. Woodworth.

Left to cherish the memory of George are his children: Lance A. (Stacey) Woodworth of Voorheesville, NY, Nicole Singley of Clinton, NC, George (Rose) Woodworth of Kinston, NY, Troy (Cheryl) Sussin and Jennifer Reynolds both of Saugerties, NY, Joselyn Swift of New Paltz, NY, and Kyle Sussin of Florida; his sisters: Evelin Beesmer, Sylvia (Dave) Donaldson, and Susan Myers; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
