Frances (West) Marshall

Frances West Marshall (53) passed away Thursday, May 1st, 2025, at ECU Healthcare in Greenville, NC.

Known simply as "Fran" to many of her close friends and family, she was born July 4th, 1971, in Smithfield, NC to the late Eloise Carroll Barbour and late Bobby G. West.

Frances' life had its share of struggle and triumph but she was loved by many. Frances was known for her fiery personality, strong opinions, and love of the outdoors and all animals - especially frogs and horses.

The family wishes to grieve privately and has chosen not to hold a service. In lieu of flowers, they ask that you donate to your local addiction recovery centers or programs.

She is proceeded in death by her parents; her husband, Anthony "Todd" Marshall; and her brother Ronnie West.

She is survived by her two daughters Kellie Bradford (and husband Alec) of Fayetteville and Cheri Coats of Raleigh; her granddaughter Natalie Bradford; her brother Tony K. West of Benson; her niece Danielle West of Carrboro and niece and nephews Bryan, Keith, Laura, Trent, and Chris.
