Candida Rosa Vasquez

Candida Rosa Vazquez Negron "Rosita", born on October 2, 1935, in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, passed away on April 25, 2024, in Roseboro, North Carolina.

She was the beloved Mother of Jose F. Gonzalez and Daniel Gonzalez and is survived by her daughters, Wanda Tudela and Carmen Vazquez. Her legacy will continue to live on through them as well as her numerous grandchildren. Rosita was the youngest and last living sister of Felix, Diego, Jose, Ismael, Maria, Sergia, Maria del Carmen, Juana, and Antonia Vazquez Negron.

Despite being hard of hearing throughout her life's journey, she managed to learn three languages and dedicated much of her time to studying the word of God and sharing that wisdom with others. Her love for reminiscing about stories from her childhood or early years touched the hearts of those around her. The memories she shared will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

May Rosita find eternal peace in the Kingdom of Heaven where she can continue spreading joy and love among the angels above.
