It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Bryanna Ruth Lamb, affectionately known as “Bre,” who left us on March 19, 2025, at the age of 31. Born on May 29, 1993, in Sampson County, Bre was a radiant soul whose warmth, laughter, and love touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Homegoing Service to be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at New Beginning Christian Center, 1005 Indian Town Rd., Clinton, NC 28328. Rev. Jimmy Melvin, officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Cemetery, 6394 Wildcat Rd Harrells, North Carolina 28444.
Visitation will be 2:00-6:00 pm, with family present 5:00-6:00 pm, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328.
Bre’s educational journey began in the Clinton City School System, where she graduated from Clinton High School in the class of 2011. Her passion for caring for others led her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in home health care, a role she embraced with compassion and dedication.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Perry Lee Van and her grandmothers Eva Bannerman and Ruth Mae Lamb, as well as her great uncle George Bannerman. Bre’s family was her foundation, and the love they shared was a testament to her beautiful spirit.

Bre had an infectious love for life, which shone through in her hobbies and interests. She found joy in spending time with her family and friends, and her love for basketball was matched only by her enthusiasm for dancing and cooking. Her loving smile and vibrant personality could light up a room, and she brought joy to the lives of all who knew her.
In this time of sorrow, let us remember Bryanna Ruth Lamb “Bre” not just for her passing, but for the love, joy, and happiness she brought into our lives. She will be forever missed and will remain in our hearts always.
