Brenda Ann Bryant, 59, of 154 Shirley Gray Lane passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at her home surrounded by her children. Brenda was born in Sampson County, NC in 1962; to the late Cecil Lynn Bryant and Carolyn Faircloth. Brenda was the manager of Peters Creek Ball Park “SSAA” for over 20 years. She loved to serve her community and Tyndall Grove PH Church. Brenda was called “Nannie” by all of her grandchildren. In addition to her father, Cecil Lynn Bryant; Brenda was preceded in death by her sister Margaret Elizabeth “Jane” Bryant and her brother Andrew Mark Bryant.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Tyndall Grove PH Church, 800 Tyndall Grove Road, Clinton, NC with Pastors Larry Barnhill and Tim Gore, officiating.
Brenda leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Carolyn Faircloth of Clinton; Children: Melissa Ammons and husband Jody of Salemburg, Tabitha Vause of Warsaw, Earl W. Mitchum of Newton Grove, Vanessa Monk and husband Bryan of Salemburg, Heather Mitchum of Clinton, and bonus sons, Wayne Jackson of Clinton and James Jones of Clinton; Siblings: April Faircloth of Clinton, Jerry Bryant of Clinton, and Lynn Bryant of Turkey; 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and special friend Herb Jones and Bonus Mom Beckie Smith.
Brenda had a passion for flowers, especially roses. Per Brenda’s special request the family request to receive flowers and plants that can be planted outside by her family in a special area to live on in her memory.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service, 1246 Hobbton Highway, Clinton, NC.
