Mr. Bobby Allen Beamon of Clinton, North Carolina departed this life on Sunday, May 2, 2021.  Beloved father of 5 children and a cherished son of the late Robert & Mary Beamon, was born September 7, 1957 in Sampson County, North Carolina.

A Home Going Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery on McKoy Street.

At the young age of 7, Mr. Bobby Beamon moved with his family to Elizabeth, New Jersey where he resided until the early 90's.  While living in New Jersey he was employed at McDonald's and happily helped anyone with whatever he could.  Bob, as he was known to so many battled sickle cell his entire life.  This did not stop him from being a great man.  He loved to cook, enjoyed listening to music, and watching old western movies.  His love for nurturing plants is a testament to how he treated others.  Bob made sure to check in on family and friends daily.  To his nieces, nephews, and many others he was known as Uncle Bob aka "Cletus".
He was preceded in death by his (2) siblings:  brother, Donald Ray Beamon of Elizabeth, New Jersey and sister, Chakirria Monique Beamon of Clinton, North Carolina.  

He leaves to cherish his memories (2) siblings:  sister, Iris Beamon and brother, Horace Beamon both of Clinton, North Carolina.
(5) children - (4) sons:  Maynard Kea, Robert Kea, Dawashan Beamon, and DeAndre Beamon all of Clinton, North Carolina (1) daughter:  Carolyn Dempsey of Elizabeth, New Jersey.  (4) grandchildren:  Katrina Duncan, Brianay Dempsey, Talib Spearman, and Shiloh Dempsey.  Aunts, Uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

A Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.
