Amy Lynne (Huggins) Fogle 61, of 807 Raleigh Rd., passed away Monday, January 6, 2025 at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC.

A Memorial Service celebrating Amy's life will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Freedom Bikers Church, 455 Rock Hill Rd.,  Fayetteville, NC 28312. Pastor JD Tew, officiating.

Amy was born on June 16, 1963 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Alma Willis Tew and the late Isaac Monroe Huggins Jr. Amy was a free spirit. She lived life her way, full throttle and with no brakes. With her personality and easy to approach demeanor, Amy never knew a stranger.

After she completed trade school, Amy made her living in construction, finding her passion in bridge construction. Amy loved her dogs and took care of them as though they were her own babies. Most recently Amy was the caregiver for her Mother. 

Preceding Amy in death were her Father: Isaac Monroe Huggins Jr.; her stillborn son: Cory Huggins; stepfather: William Bill Mintz; maternal grandparents: William B. Tew & Lela Elva Tew; paternal grandparents: Isaac Monroe Huggins Sr. & Pastor Daisy Mozelle Huggins Dowd; and uncle: Oscar Huggins. 

Amy's memory will forever live on through those she leaves behind, including her Mother: Alma Mintz of the home; siblings: Judy Allison Hemric (Darin) of Statesville, NC, Jeffrey Monroe Huggins (Marci) of Roseboro, NC, William Timothy Huggins of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Allyson Marie Guffey (Rondel) of Dallas, NC, Kathy Mintz of Ohio, David Mintz (Sylvia) of Godwin, NC, and Betty Mintz (Allen) of California; stepmother: Dianna Huggins of Apex, NC; 4 aunts: Myra Roberts of Fayetteville, NC, Annette Huggins of Fayetteville, NC, Margaret Thomas of Oregon, and Beverly Raynor of Linden, NC; nephew: Andrew Monroe Huggins; and a host of cousins.
