Alvin Thomas Bell, 80, of 504 Boone Road, Clinton, passed away Friday, December 4, 2025, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Alvin was born in 1945 in Sampson County to the late Tommy and Hattie Ammons Bell. He was a lifelong carpenter, a devoted member of Clinton Family Worship Center, where he served faithfully as an usher, and he loved spending time fishing. He was also preceded in death by his siblings Kelly Ammons, Virginia Stocks, Jacqueline Goodman, and Gary Bell.
Celebration of Alvin’s Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Clinton Family Worship Center with Pastor Lynn Blackburn and Reverend Brian Jacobs officiating.
Alvin is survived by his Daughter, Jenna Bell of Murfreesboro, siblings Elaine Carter and husband O’Neal of Clinton, Rex Bell Sr. and wife Linda of Clinton, and Danny Bell of Fayetteville; and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
