Zachariah Josiah Thompson infant passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Duke University Hospital in Durham.

A Memorial Service Celebrating Master Zachariah's Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 14, 2021 Benson Pentecostal Holiness Church, 8991 NC Hwy 27, Benson, NC 27504 with Pastor Mark Fields officiating.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: parents: Matthew & Rebecca Thompson, sister: Lily Thompson, brothers: Micah Thompson & Jeremiah Thompson, grandparents: Ruth Powers, Vivian Abbey & M.T. Thompson, aunt: Amanda Thompson, uncles: John Deaver & Matthew Deaver.
