Mt. Olive Willie Melvin Parrish Sr. of 104 Dill Street died Saturday Morning June 23, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice in Goldsboro.

Mr. Parrish born in 1938 in Johnston County to the late Edward and Effie Daughtry Parrish and husband to the late  Janie Brown Parrish, he was a retired Truck Driver. Alone with his wife Willie is also preceded in death by brothers: Bill Parrish and Elton Parrish sisters: Estelle Rains and Ruth Powell.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday Evening June 27, 2018 7:30 pm pm at Brock's Chapel Pentecostal Church 2661 Summerlins Crossroad Road Mt. Olive NC, by Rev. Jeff Bartlett officiating,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Willie leaves to cherish his memories: Sons: Willie Melvin Parrish Jr. and Samuel Morgan. Sisters: Eunice Hooks and Evelyn Jones. Four grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be held Thursday 11:00 am June 28 2018 at Carr Cemetery 11171 Boykin Bridge Road Roseboro NC 28382.

Visitation will be held after the Service Wednesday June 27, 2018.
