William "Billy" Robert Carter II 68 of 814 West Clinton Ave died Saturday, February 18, 2023 at UNC Wayne Medical Center in Goldsboro.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328. Burial will follow in the Roseboro Cemetery, located on S Salemburg Hwy (Hwy 242).
Visitation with the family will be 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328.
