Burial will follow at the Milton cemetery in Kenansville. Mr. Carlton was born December 24, 1962 to the late Helen Dixon Carlton and Moses McIver Carlton in Duplin County, NC. He received his education in the Duplin County School Systems. He was formerly employed at the House of Raeford and the Warsaw rest area.
