On the evening of Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 2:55 pm at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, N.C. Mr. Walter Lee Hargrove was called to rest. He was the son of the late Maggie H. Peele. He was born June 26, 1956. He received his education in the Sampson County Schools, completed Job Corps as a certified welder. His hobbies were gardening, fishing, eating, writing poems and songs. He had a great sense of humor and loved to pick and make people laugh. He loved football and wrestling. He leaves to cherish his memories: wife: Vivian Juanita Wilson Hargrove Son: Jermaine Wilson (Shonda) Sisters: Brenda Hargrove, Gloria Woodall (Gary), Mildred Freeman, Fannie Denning. Brothers: Billy Hargrove and Robert Hargrove Maurice Hargrove and Bobby Hargrove (Nekita) of Willie Hargrove and James Hargrove (Debra) Granddaughters: Kenya & Fallicity Grandsons: Ahi'zon & Davoin Five sisters-in-law: Ernestine Bell (Dallas), Betty Kornegay, Carrie Underwood, Annie Bell Wilson, Gladys Wilson Three brothers-in-law: Elder Sylvester Wilson (Janice), Roosevelt Wilson and Preston Mimms (Dorothy) A special sister-in-law: Patricia Weathers, adoptive daughter: Cathy Wilson, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Home Going Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December13, 2015 at Faith Temple Church, 585 Isaac Weeks Road, Clinton burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery. A visitation will be held From 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Faith Temple Church, 585 Isaac Weeks Road, Clinton. A service of Hope Valley Hawkins.
