Vera Lynn Butler Jernigan, 63, of Dunn, NC, passed away on February 4, 2020, with her family by her side at REX Hospital in Raleigh.

Mrs. Jernigan was born on June 12th, 1956 to the late John and Juanita Butler. She married Otis Carroll Jernigan September 5th, 1987.

The family will have a private memorial at a later date.

Vera is survived by her husband: Otis Carroll Jernigan, her daughter, Tara Ivey Norris ( husband Keith) of Coats, NC  Grandson Bryan Norris ( wife Gracie Norris) of Dunn.

Brothers, John C. Butler of Clayton, NC and Dewey Ricky Butler of Benson, NC and  Sister, Debra Butler Warren of Dunn, NC and her beloved dog Bella.
