Clinton, Vander Ray Outlaw Sr. 72 of 407 North Blvd. passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at his home. Born in 1944 in Lenoir County to the late Vander and Winnieford Barnett Outlaw, Vander enjoyed fishing, hunting and country music, he is preceded in death by brothers: Frank Outlaw, Joe Outlaw, Lynn Outlaw, Fred Outlaw and Elmer Outlaw, sisters: Olive Outlaw, Beatrice Outlaw and Vercy Tyndall. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 18, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy.
