Rev. Troy A. Newton Tyndall 83, of 673 Tyndall Town Road died Saturday December 31, 2022 at Mary Gran Nursing Center 120 Southwood Drive.

Troy, was born in Sampson County in 1939; He was one of eleven children born to the late,

Troy O. and Ophelia M. Flenniken Tyndall Troy is preceded in death by his wife, Della Mystra "Mickie" Melvin Tyndall. and his sibling's, Stacy N. Tyndall, Taft D. Tyndall, Henry G. Tyndall, Ronald "RW" Tyndall, Margaret E. Benton, Lillie M. Jackson, Leisa F. Shaw.

Troy, was so proud of serving in the United States Army and he was a POA for three days in the war before he escaped from his enemies,

Troy, started "Tyndall Ministries", to serve in Prisons across North Carolina and South Carolina and Nursing Homes including Mary Gran Nursing Home in Clinton.

Troy, Graduated from Homes Bible College and preached under the North Carolina Conference of the Pentecostal Holiness Churches.  He loved preaching his favorite scripture, Isaiah 53

Funeral Service will be held 3:00pm Tuesday January 3, 2023 at Tyndall Grove PH Church  by Rev. Chris Thompson and Rev. Larry Barnhill officiating,

Burial will follow in at Harmony Baptist Church cemetery 1357 Harmony Church Road

Clinton NC.

Troy leaves to cherish his memories: Sister's Carolyn Jane Faircloth of Clinton, Dwanda Rose Jackson of Clinton and Lou Depasquale (Husband Gary) of  Hayes NC.

Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00pm January 3, 2023 at Tyndall Grove PH Church 800 Tyndall Grove Church Road Clinton NC.
