Our beloved Tracie Mae McDoe peacefully answered the call and drifted into eternal rest on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

Tracie was born November 30, 1968 to Mrs. Gracie and the late Paul McDoe, whom preceded her in death. Tracie received her education from the Clinton City School System. She also attended Sampson Community College. Tracie enjoyed working and teaching children which she did in the Clinton School District until her health prohibited it.

Tracie joined Bearskin Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. She was a member of the choir, Pastor Aide, Mission Ministry, and she always looked forward to teaching her class during Vacation Bible School. She remained faithful in her duties until her health declined.

A Home Going Service will take place at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Bearskin Missionary Baptist Church, located at 4721 Bearskin Rd, Clinton, NC 28328. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be 2:00-7:00 pm, with family present 6:00-7:00 pm, on Friday, October 6, 2023, at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328.

Tracie leaves to cherish her memories: Son, Trevor Sneed; Grandsons, Kaiden Sneed and Trevonne (T.J.) Myrick; Mother, Gracie McDoe; Brothers, Anthony McDoe and Everette Colvin; Godsons, Goddaughters, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.
