Tiesha was a member of Mingle Hill Church and was CYF President in 2009. She was also a 2011 graduate from Lakewood High School. She loved to shop, talk on the phone and most of all she loved helping others. Tiesha is preceded in death by her grandfathers: James F. Owens and Hurbert L. Garner. Aunt: Kay Garner. A Home Going service will be held at Mingle Hill Church on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Elder Eddie D. Parker officiating, burial will follow in the Howard Family Cemetery.
