Thomas Lee Thomas Sr. was born on March 7, 1968 in Clinton, North Carolina. He made his final journey home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital. A Home Going Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Temple of God, Roseboro, with Pastor Eddie Parker officiating, Inurnment will be held privately. Thomas grew up in Roseboro, North Carolina and attended Lakewood High School. He loved to play his guitar and sing with his children, all the while praising the Lord. He was an amazing father, He never met a stranger. Anyone who came into his life looked at him as a father figure and always called him Daddy. He was an amazing Husband who loved his wife more than life itself. They had a love like no other. Their fairytale lasted 25 years. Before he left his earthly body, he was blessed with 9 grandchildren who referred to him as PaPa. Thomas was preceded in death by his Mother Pastor Mary Catherine Thomas and brother Dale Thomas and survived by his Father Andrew Thomas of Roseboro. His legacy will live on through his loving wife Emily Thomas of Asheboro; his children Thomas (Tommy) Lee Thomas Jr., Kimberly (Kiki) Thomas, Shemilia Thomas, Priscilla (Neat) Thomas, and Candace Williams. He is also survived by his brothers Bishop Andrew Thomas, Minister James Thomas, Scotty Thomas, Craig Thomas, Korey Thomas as well as his sister Sheila McLean. Family will receive friends from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.
