Shirley Brunson 82 of 316 D Giddens Street passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Mary Gran Nursing Center.

Home Going Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. Judes United Holiness Church, 1881 HB Lewis Road, Clinton with Rev. Willie Bryant officiating, burial will be held privately at a later time.

Visitation will be held at the church prior to the service from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 15, 2018.

Mrs. Shirley "Jean" Brunson was born on October 1, 1936 to the late Janie Bell Owens and the late James Tatum.

She was proceeded in death by two sons, Rufus Edward Moore and Thomas Lee Moore.

Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.Jean quietly departed this life on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton, NC.

She leaves to cherish her memories; daughter-in-law: Glenda Moore of Clinton, NC, Granddaughters: Shalonda Robinson and Takeshia Robinson of Clinton, NC, Four Great-Grandchildren, Sister: Annette Pride of Clinton, NC, Brother: Joseph Tatum of Newburg, NY, Special friend: Marilyn Best. A host of neices, nephews, family and friends that loved her dearly.

The Brunson Family have entrusted Hope Valley Hawkins with the care of Mrs. Shirley Brunson.
