Sandra Diane Bass 59, of 3164 Roanoke Rd., peacefully passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

Sandra was born February 23, 1964 in Johnston County to Faye Dean Allen and the late Leonard W. Beasley. In her earlier years she worked some as a seamstress and later went on to work in food service as an amazing waitress. Sandra enjoyed country music and being outdoors. Her favorite place was the beach. She would spend hours walking along the waters edge looking for sharks teeth, which she collected.

Sandra is preceded in death by her father, Leonard W. Beasley.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, March 10 at Oliver's Grove Baptist Church, located at 8715 US Hwy. 301 S in Four Oaks. Rev. David Brantley and Rev. Freddie Langston, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will take place at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Left to cherish the memory of Sandra are her husband of nearly 39 years: George Bass; her daughter: Crystal Bass; stepson: Bradley Bass (Sherry); mother: Faye Dean Allen; 1 brother: Danny Beasley (Cathy); 4 grandchildren: Madelyn Jackson, Amelia Jackson, Emmalyn Quinn, and Ashlyn Bass; 1 fur baby: Sophie; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends that will miss Sandra dearly.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to George Bass to assist with covering hospice expenses.
