Samantha Kay Taylor 23 passed away at Vidant Hospital in Greenville.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Pinecrest Cemetery in Warsaw, NC.

She is preceded in death by: grandmother: Rita Simmons, great-grandparents, sister: Brandi Taylor, uncles: Randy Best Jr., John Boy Taylor, Rodney Taylor, and cousins: Dylan Best and Linwood Scooter Simmons Jr.

Sammy leaves to cherish her memories: son: Gabriel Hernandez, mother: Linda Kay (Josh), father: Kent Taylor (Charity) of Beulaville, NC, sisters: Carrie Taylor, Ashley Holmes, and Abigal Hernandez, brother: Rayburn Holmes Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
