A Home Going Service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Bearskin Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Eddie Parker officiating, burial will follow in the Bearskin Cemetery. Ruth was born on July 8, 1946 in Sampson County, North Carolina. She attended school at Charles E. Perry and worked on the farm and raised three children. Ruth was preceded in death by her father Warren D.H. and mother Rosa Howard Williams, Son: Timothy (peanut) Williams, Sisters: Rida Bell McDoe and Betty Gail Faison, Brothers: Harden Jr. Williams, James Howdar and Billy Ray Williams.
