A Cerebration of Ronald's Life will be held at 6:00pm Wednesday, May 28th 2014 at his home at the lake by the Rev. Donald Massey officiating a scattering of his remains will follow at the lake. He was preceded in death by Son: David Scott Carter, Sisters: Barbara K.Carter Mishoe and Peggy Carter Lewis, Brothers: Crosby Carter and Gary Martin Carter. Ronald was born 1955 in Sampson County to the late Earl Wayne and Edna Mae Bonne Carter and work at Lundy's for many years. Ronald leaves to cherish his memory: Wife: Ann Pope Carter of the home. Son: Joseph Brian Carter ( Samantha White) of Clinton, Daughter: Lisa Ann Cormier of Fl.
