Rocky was born on November 20, 1981 to Rocky Dean Locklear Sr. and to Georgianna Sessoms, he worked in home construction. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 3645 Dunn Road, Roseboro, burial will follow in the Faircloth Cemetery.
