Robert "Lefty" Tew 64, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his home.

Robert was born July 30, 1957 in Sampson County to the late Cladies Tew Jr. and Edna Lee Tew. He worked in home construction and was a skilled painter. Robert loved his family and he especially adored each and everyone of his cats. They were his fur babies.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday June 16, 2022 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328.

Preceding Robert in death are his sisters, Sherry Mansur and Edna Sue Welsh.

Left to cherish the memory of Robert are his loving wife, Jessica Tew of the home; siblings, Randy Tew and wife Sherrie of Texas, Linda Diaz of Fayetteville and Ricky Tew and wife Dawn of Washington; and his cats, Jr., Opie, Kallie, Spanky, Star, Boots, Pee Wee and Baby Girl.
