Robert Roy Leary Jr., 59, passed away on September 2, 2020, at Sampson Regional Medical Center. Robert was born on October 27, 1960, in New Jersey to the late Robert Roy and RoseAnn Lewis Leary Sr. Robert was self-employed and worked as a carpenter for most of his life.

In addition to his parents, Robert Roy and RoseAnn Lewis Leary Sr., he is preceded in death by wife of 32 years, Donna Lee Johnson

Robert leaves to cherish his memories, wife: Sara Leary, children: William T. Brown, Justin I. Brown, Sean L. Szymanski, Jesse Brown, Robert R. Leary III, Demi M. Leary, Kristin M. Rankins, step-children: Cindy Thornton, Daniel Thornton, siblings: Marilyn Stair, Theresa Hartigar, Debbie Leary, Patrick Finn, Mavreen Finn, and grandchildren: Judith A. Leary, Gage M. Leary, Jaxon M. McLamb, Lennox L. McLamb, Serafina P. Fowler, Kiara T. Rankins, Aviona M. Rankins, Justin I. Brown, Jake Brown, Jason Brown, Gabrielle Casino, Hunter Reiner, Ariel Szymanski, Anastasia Szymanski, and Arianna Szymanski.
