Refugio Ponce Diaz, 53, of Trim Lane, Battleboro, missing since early 2010, can now rest in peace with his Lord and Savior.
No services will be held locally, burial will take place in Mexico at a later date.
The Diaz/ Rodriguez Families have entrusted professional services to Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation.
