Pamela (Pinky) Anita Keene, 65, of 213 W. Carter Street passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Sampson Regional Medical Center. Pamela was born in New York City on August 2, 1954 to the late Corvia M. (Crawford) Keene.
Pinky has always been known for her beautiful face and beautiful soul. She would never go anywhere without her hair and make-up perfect. She never met a stranger and everyone loved her spirit.
In addition to her mother, Pamela was preceded in death by her daughter: Tanisha Nicole Giles who she will now be reunited with.
Pam is survived by her husband: Wallace McNeil of Erwin, NC, and son: Rodney Keene, of the home. Brother: Gerald Keene, of Enfield, NC, Sister: Whitney McDonald of Clinton, NC, Stepchild: Nydyha Raynor of Albany, New York, God Daughter: Jessica Washington of Clinton, NC, mother in-law: Sue Matthews of Erwin, NC, three sister in-laws; Kathleen Price of Raleigh, NC, Meritta Williams and husband Ricky, and Sheila Ann McNeill both of Erwin, NC, two brother-in-laws: William McNeill and Jimmy L. McNeill, both of Erwin, NC. Pam is also survived by a host of family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at 3:00PM at Hope Valley Funeral Chapel located at 1246 Hobbton Hwy, Clinton, NC with Pastor Mark Golson officiating.
Professional services are entrusted to Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation.
