Mrs. Nancy Jacqueline Simmons, 73 of 315 Avon Lake Drive, Durham,NC, died Saturday July 30, 2011 at her home.
Funeral Service will be held 12:00Pm august 8th 2011 at Hope Valley Funeral Chapel Burial will follow at Little Field Baptist Church Cemetery in Newton Grove.
Family will be present from 10:00am until 12:00pm Monday August 8th 2011 at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation of Clinton 1275 Hobbton Hwy Clinton.
Chancy-Simmons family has entrusted Hope Valley Funeral Serivce & Cremation of Clinton.
