Obituary

Rev. Morris C. Bell 81 of 1781 Chancey Road passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington.

Born in 1941in Sampson County North Carolina to the late Lindell Ray and Sadie Ezzell Bell. Preceded in death by his Wife of 28 years Sharon Sample Bell, Morris's daughter, Sheila Renee Bell, and a Grandson Hunter Lee Bell, Sibling: Adrian Price Bell,  Yvonne Corbett, Eunice Brown, Lucy Gray Bell, Lucille Fryar, Stanford Bell, George Alton Bell and Mozelle Hollingsworth.

Family will receive friend 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Serenity Baptist Church prior to the service.

Funeral Service 2:00 pm on Tuesday November 8, 2022, at Serenity Baptist Church by the Rev Ralph Carter and Rev. Jimmy Flowers officiating, Burial will follow at Mt Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery 3949 Taylors Bridge Hwy, Clinton NC.

Morris, leaves to cherish his Children: Elizabeth Bell of Asheboro, Alan Bell of South Carolina, Jason Bell of South Carolina, Deloris Bell of Asheboro, Donna Bell of Southport, Donnie Bell of Asheboro and David Aaron Bell of West, Virginia.

Stepchildren: Tonya Ingram of Erwin, Lisa Bolaws of Clinton, Kevin Simmons of Roseboro and Michael Simmons also of Roseboro, Siblings: Lindell (Junior) Ray Bell of Asheboro, Doris Batten of Asheboro, Barbara Ricks of Clinton, 16 Grandchildren and 9 Great – Grandchildren.
