Monico Bonilla De Leon, 40, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. Monico was born on May 4, 1980 in Santa Clara, Durango, Mexico. Monico is survived by his mother, Maria De Leon of Dunn, NC and his father, Abel Bonilla of Durango, Mexico, his sisters Maria Bonilla and Martha Bonilla, and his brother, Jose Bonilla, along with several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 3 pm at Central Baptist Church, 6050 Plain View Hwy, Dunn, with Pastor Gene Love officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service Wednesday from 2 pm to 3 pm. Burial will follow at Dunn Cemetery. The service will be in English and Spanish.

The family would like to take this time to thank everyone for all their prayers, love and support during this difficult time.
