Newton Grove,

Mary Frances Myers 81 of 336 Houses Mill Road went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Barbour Court Nursing.                                                           France was born, March 20, 1940 to the late Ruvie and Viola Hobbs Miller in the Poplar Grove area in Faison. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Jimmy Myers, daughter; Jean Myers Wood, brothers and sisters-in-law: Grover (Ann) Miller, Vernell (Betty) Miller and Melba Miller.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 11:00 am at Savannah Hill PFWB Church, with Rev. Kim Strickland officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at the church and other times at the home of her daughter Jane Batts at 300 Houses Mill Road, Newton Grove.

Frances leaves to cherish her memories: a daughter: Jane Batts of Newton Grove, sons: J. M. Myers of Newton Grove and Jim Myers and wife Stela of Wake Forest, a brother: Carroll Miller,  grandchildren: Kimberly Elizabeth Wood Faircloth, Aaron (Elizabeth) Batts, Steven Batts, Dustin Shane Myers, Cassy Myers and Samantha Myers,  great grandchildren: Ryan, Logan, Brianna, Aidan, Cheyenne, Ashlee and Chasity and lifetime best friend: Arlene Bartlett Best.
