Warsaw- Mrs. Mary V. Artis, 58 of 1630 Lanefield Rd., Warsaw died Tuesday March 6th, 2012 at her home. A home going service will be held 2 pm Sunday March 11th, 2012 at Andrews Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Gearld Underwood officiating. Burial will be held at the Rosehill Cemetery in Linden, NJ Mrs. Artis was born August 27th, 1953 in Kings, New York to the late Mary Dykes and John Bowers. She was preceded in death by two (2) grandchildren; twins Sinaa & Anis Smith She leaves to cherish her memories: Husband- Robert Ray Artis of the home Two (2) Sons- George Bowers of New York ; and TySheem Bell of Warsaw, NC One (1) Daughter- Shalonda Mitchell of New York A public viewing will be held from 2-5 pm with the family present from 5-6 pm Saturday March 10th, 2012 at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation, 1275 Hobbton Highway Clinton, NC 28328.
