Martin Laster Faircloth 70 of 490 Lucas Road passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017 at VA Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Born in Sampson County in 1947 to the late Carley and Amy Corbett Faircloth. Martin proudly served our country in the US Army from 1966 – 1968. He was employed for 38 year at Cargill of Fayetteville, he enjoyed spending time with his family and going fishing. Martin was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Katherine Faircloth.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Mill Creek Baptist Church, 701 Mill Creek Church Rd, Roseboro, NC with Rev. Eddie Rogers officiating.

Martin leaves to cherish his memories:

Wife of 48 years: Janice Faircloth of the home

Daughter: Angela Wilson and husband Mike of Clinton

Son: Travis Faircloth and wife Suzanne of Autryville

Brother: Allen Faircloth and wife Vada of Surf City

William Faircloth of Georgia

Five (5) grandchildren and One (1) great-grandchild

Family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 11:00 am prior to the service at

Mill Creek Baptist Church, 701 Mill Creek Church Rd, Roseboro.
