Loretta Lewis 69, passed away Friday, May 9, 2025 at Warsaw Nursing and Rehab Center in Warsaw, NC.
Loretta was born in Italy on October 4, 1955 to Maria Degli Agostini and Tullio Tait.
No services will be held. In honoring Loretta's wishes, she will be cremated and transported back to her home country of Italy.
